VoltStack.ai ("we", "our", or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, their tenants, and all users who interact with the Platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use VoltStack.ai and its associated products and services.
We ingest operational telemetry from your facility infrastructure via standard industry protocols. This data is used to deliver the Platform services.
We collect user identity information through your organization’s identity provider including name, email, organizational role, and tenant association. Authentication is managed securely using industry-standard protocols.
We synchronize asset records from your data center management system, including equipment locations and tenant assignments. This data is used to provide impact analysis and infrastructure visibility features.
VoltStack.ai enforces tenant-level data isolation. Customer Portal users can only access data associated with their organization. Access controls are derived from the authenticated session and configured roles.
The Platform includes AI-powered features that assist with operational queries. These features never process personally identifiable information (PII) of tenants or end users. AI conversations and facility data are isolated to your deployment and are not used for model training.
Data is retained according to configurable retention policies set by the facility operator and the terms of your contract. Audit logs and certain operational records may be retained for security, compliance, and integrity purposes.
We use industry-standard security controls to protect data in transit and at rest. Access is governed by authenticated sessions and configurable permissions.
VoltStack.ai may integrate with third-party services you configure. We share only the minimum data required for each integration to function. No facility data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
