By accessing or using VoltStack.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform includes all products and services offered under the VoltStack.ai brand.
VoltStack.ai provides operational intelligence services for data center facilities. The Platform may integrate with third-party systems you configure.
Access to the Platform requires authentication through your organization’s identity provider. Roles and permissions are managed by your organization and determine what actions a user may perform within the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Platform supports configurable operating modes with varying levels of automation. Mode availability and transitions are governed by roles, policies, and your site configuration. Operators retain control over which automation capabilities are enabled.
Certain Platform features generate recommendations, forecasts, and analyses using AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be treated as advisory. Operators are responsible for reviewing recommendations before action is taken, except where automated actions have been explicitly enabled by your organization.
The Platform may generate digital commissioning evidence including test results and sign-off records. This evidence is intended to supplement, not replace, professional engineering judgment.
VoltStack.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform or its outputs. Operators retain ultimate responsibility for facility operations.
You retain ownership of all data ingested into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Platform services described herein.
